At MidyDove Fashion Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face an iota of a problem. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Send a request to support@midydove.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9911404804. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in the given time for each mode. The amount will reflect back in your account in 4-5 days. However, if your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
Return Policy
MIDYDOVE provides hassle free returns for all products. We just want that you don’t use the products and keep them in their original condition. MIDYDOVE only accepts Returns/ Replacement claim made within the first 48 hours after delivery.
If the product you have received is damaged/missing/wrong product
- Please don’t worry, in this case we just ask you to send the pictures of the damaged/ wrong product and send you the correct product at your doorstep FREE OF COST.
- If you have received a wrong product, make sure to not use the product and preserve it in its original condition as we will initiate the return of that product and the quality check of the product will be done at our warehouse. If anything is missing/used you will have to incur the charge of the same. We will be re-shipping you the correct product once we receive the wrong product back.
- For Missing Product, customer is Advised to Take a Video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof, we do not consider the Missing Claims.
- Proper Unboxing Video:
- Must show label on the package pasted by MIDYDOVE, with the order ID
- Must be without any pauses or cuts
- Must show the product properly
In Case of Return Pickups
- Please pack the items securely to avoid loss or damage in transportation. Make sure that the products in the box are covered and taped appropriately.
- Products should be securely packaged and the box should be properly taped to prevent damage. (This directly impacts your refund.)
- Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will do a quality check and send you a report via email or phone.
- If any products are missing, damaged, or used in the returns, you will not receive a refund for that product.
- It may take 7-10 days for you to receive the refund/store credit (coupon code).
- No returns will be accepted if the products have been used or are in non-sellable condition. All tags and labels must be intact.
To Self-Ship the Products
- Please pack the things securely to avoid loss or damage in transit. Make sure all items in the box are covered and taped properly We recommend using a reputable courier service for returns.
- Please mail us the details of the courier partner through which you returned the product.
- Products should be properly packed, and the box should be properly taped to prevent damage. (This directly impacts your refund.)
- Once the product reaches us, we will conduct a quality check and send you the report via email or phone.
- If any product is missing/damaged, or used in the returns, you will not receive a refund for that product.
- It may take 7-10 days for you to receive the refund/store credit (coupon code).
- No returns will be accepted if the products have been used or are in non-sellable condition. All tags and labels must be intact.
- If you self-ship the products, only Rs. 60 will be deducted (one side freight charges) and the remaining amount will be refunded back to you. In case where return pickup is generated, both side shipping charges will be deducted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
